Patient: 28 yrs old boy suffering from vigorous coughing leading to vomiting.

X-Ray – PNS → Hypertrophy of left inferior turbinate
X-ray – Nasopharynx (Lateral view) → Evidence of adenoid hypertrophy causing narrowing of nasopharyngeal airway

• Dysphagia, swallowing discomfort

• Feeling like something is stuck while swallowing
• Vomiting + coughing after eating
