Case-5 – 28 yrs old girl

Condition: PCOS, hirsutism, allergic rhinitis, pigmentation and weight gain

Diagnosis: Polycystic ovarian disease

Symptoms

• Menses – Irregular, mostly late
• Weight gain
• Hair on chin
• Leucorrhoea
• Allergic rhinitis – sneezing in morning and dust allergy

Case Success

In 6 months patient recovered about 70–80%. Menses became regular and hair growth on chin reduced.
